Sam Killing It

Happy Hump Day! I had Sam @samantha_brittany in tonight killing it on her second day of the glute/ham system! She’s a beginner but has great natural instinct, she really works her ass off! Land mine OH box squats, Bulgarian squats, SL hip bridges, glute/ham roller leg curls and GHD extensions on the menu, 3×10 all. Feel the burn!
