Doing some science while listening to S.C.I.E.N.C.E. Great way to end a Monday grind! Variations on core lifts are an excellent way to improve the core lifts themselves. I’ve been rehabbing some shoulder issues, so went with floor press to work on lockout strength and shoulder stability. They also really hit the pecs and triceps hard, laying on the floor is taking leg drive out of the equation. Sciencey Science!
