Spartan S&C’s boot camp style class designed to develop athletic movement and conditioning, build strong, lean muscle and torch body fat! A full-body workout for beginners and veterans alike, SpartanFIT is built on aspects of sports performance, strongman training, and military conditioning to create a well-balanced, strong and functional athlete! Classes are taught by a certified coach and range from 45 minutes to an hour in length, including a dynamic warm-up and are included in the Spartan Unlimited membership package. This is the foundation of Spartan S&C programming!

Build the strongest body possible with Spartan S&C’s structured strength and resistance training program! SpartanSTRONG is focused on coaching the CORE lifts; Press, Deadlift and Squat variations. Designed for beginners new to weightlifting or intermediate/advanced lifters looking to take the next step in training, SpartanSTRONG uses proven methods of strength training that will help athletes develop strong weightlifting fundamentals and add pounds to PR’s through professional coaching and safe and highly effective programming! Classes range from 45 minutes to an hour in length, including a dynamic warm-up and are included in the Spartan Unlimited membership package.

Spartan S&C’s Tactical Conditioning program for Law Enforcement, Firefighter/Paramedic/EMT, and Military that keep our best and bravest duty fit, injury free and tactically efficient on the job. SpartanCORPS is designed to strengthen and condition tactical athletes for the environments in which they work and the unpredictable nature of those environments. Tactically certified coaches focus on core strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular fitness and situational power and strength, SpartanCORPS will create a tactical athlete that is able to answer any call of duty! Classes are 45 minutes to 1 hour in length, are included in the Spartan Unlimited membership as an alternative to SpartanFIT at a discounted rate for servicemen and servicewomen.

Top-tier coaching in a 1-on-1 setting! Personalized sessions from Spartan S&C’s current programs or customizable programming designed to achieve each athlete’s goals! Best suited for athletes that want or require more individualized coaching, that are in pre-hab for a surgery or recovery/rehab from injury/surgery. Sessions are 30 minutes to 1 hour in length with a certified trainer or coach. Sessions are purchased individually or in packages, SpartanONE is not included in the Spartan Unlimited membership.

Spartan S&C’s sport-specific, customized strength and conditioning programs focusing on power, speed, and agility development to help give each athlete the competitive edge! From youth leagues to professional athletes, training for MMA or football, SpartanPRO is designed to maximize athletic potential through scientifically sound and proven methods in developing power, strength and endurance. Professional and knowledgeable coaches, strength and power training, cross training, plyometrics, linear and non-linear acceleration training highlight some of the aspects of this next-level programming. Time to change the game with SpartanPRO! Classes are 45 minutes to 1 hour in length, purchased as an individual package, not included in the Spartan Unlimited membership.
