Dynamic Breathwork & Cold Plunge Workshop

A ~2 Hour Workshop exploring Dynamic Breathwork and Cold Plunging; Netta Nicosia, a certified facilitator, will guide participants through a Dynamic Breathwork session, teaching techniques and strategies to reduce stress, regulate the nervous system, and improve deep, full breathing before challenging participants’ core breathing and mental toughness in an invigorating cold plunge!
