Not too much longer before Spartan Strength & Conditioning is open for business!
Got a sweet #finishfriday delivery from @sorinex today! Bands, chains, glute rollers and last, but most definitely not least, the almighty Hip Thruster! Thanks to @bretcontreras1 for all your fantastic work, Fort Lauderdale’s glute game is about to be that much stronger. Had to take the new toys for a test run, 5×3 speed box squats @ 185 + 50 chains, hip thrusts 4×10 @ 185, and 3×10 banded glute rollers.
