2000 lbs of new Ivanko OMEZH iron just arrived! They say if the holes on the almighty OMEZH line up while you’re under/over the bar, you either add 20lbs to your PR or you reach enlightenment OOOMMMMMM-EZH
A good craftsman never blames his tools. If you train with Texas Power Bars, that will never be an issue! Best bar around, hands down. Quick lift after some end-of-week work at the new space, 315×3 Sumo DL to end the week after almost a month (!!!) away from lifting, grueling last set. Gonna be like Christmas morning for about a week around Spartan S&C as equipment keeps rolling in, can’t wait to show everyone what’s coming!
