Tbt to yesterday when the new deadlift/Olympic platforms were finished, they’re things of beauty took a test run with 8×3 sumo DL 225 + 100 bands, working that lockout speed for humpday.
Bending the bar at +400lbs!!! The bar was being ripped out of my hands from the band tension at lockout.
